The recertification audit by CertaSwiss is on 24 and 25 November 2026. The last audit (2023) had one minor finding: decisions on process changes were not documented consistently.

Decision: Show the auditor the decision log from the knowledge base as evidence for clause 7.1.6 (organisational knowledge).
Why: it answers the finding from the last audit and shows how we keep knowledge when people like Nina Frei leave.

Decision: Thomas Huber leads the audit; Martina Keller joins the opening and closing meetings.
