Welcome to Bergwerk Präzision AG. This note tells new production staff where things are and whom to ask.

#### Whom to ask
- Shift plans and line assignments: Lukas Brunner.
- Spindles, calibration, anything that sounds wrong on a machine: Nina Frei (until 30.11.2026, then Lukas Brunner).
- Inspection plans, material certificates, measuring equipment: Thomas Huber.
- Steel and other material: Elena Rossi. Our main steel supplier changes to Stahl Nord in January 2027.
- Computer accounts and the ERP: Reto Ammann. We move from BW-Classic to NovaERP in January 2027.

#### Rules that matter on day one
1. No material without a 3.1 certificate goes on a machine. If a label says "quarantine", leave the material alone and call Quality.
2. Line 3 runs titanium for medical customers. Every first part after a tool change goes to Quality.
3. Write down what you change on a machine in the maintenance log, even small things.

#### What is happening this autumn
- Line 3 is stopped from 02.11. to 13.11.2026 for the retrofit (#line-3-retrofit).
- The ISO 9001 recertification audit is on 24 and 25 November 2026 (#iso-recertification).
