    • Goods receipt booked the bars as blocked stock with the label "quarantine: certificate missing". • Elena Rossi called Stahl Nord; the certificate came by email two days later and the material was released. Decision: Any delivery that arrives without a 3.1 material certificate goes into quarantine (blocked stock); nobody uses the material until Quality has checked the certificate. Why: medical customers audit our material traceability; one part without a certificate can cost us the customer.
